Paper presentation and submission
The conference will consist of oral presentations of fifteen minutes with few plenary sessions. All submitted papers will be peer reviewed. Accepted papers will be published as a collective work in an electronic format and will be submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore
Researchers are welcomed to submit their contributions (4 pages, IEEE Format) via
the EDAS System: www.edas.info/N25652

Papers accepted for Presentation will be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
Authors of Accepted Papers need to submit their Final Manuscripts prior to the deadline of September 7, 2019 using the following steps:
1. Create your manuscript(s) using the IEEE two-column format, check the samples below:
Caution: Style files and templates provided here have been created to ensure that margin requirement is adequately met.
Template for Word or LaTex2. Proofread and check the layout of the manuscript.
3. Check your manuscript for IEEEXplore compatibility using the following steps:
ICABME’2019 has been registered for use of IEEE PDF eXpress™. IEEE PDF eXpress is a free service to IEEE conferences, allowing their authors to make IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs (Conversion function) or to check PDFs that authors have made themselves for IEEEXplore compatibility (PDF Check function).
a. Go to IEEE PDF eXpress: www.pdf-express.org
b. Create IEEE PDF eXpress account. The ICABME’19 Conference ID: 47164X
c. Upload source file(s) (your manuscripts) for conversion if it is not in PDF format and/or upload your PDF file for checking if already in PDF format
d. Use IEEE PDF eXpress to attain IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF(s). The site contains extensive instructions, resources, helpful hints, and access to technical support.
4. Submit final, IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF(s) to EDAS
Please note: Uploading a paper to IEEE PDF Express is not the same as submitting the paper to the conference. You will still need to submit the checked PDF by the normal means through the EDAS website
Procedure for IEEE Xplore-Compatible PDF:- Access the IEEE PDF eXpress site and sign up/sign in as needed:
First-time users:
Previous users, but using it the first time for a new conference:
Returning users:
a. Click “New Users - Click Here”.
a. Enter 47164X for the Conference ID, your email address, and enter the password you used for your old account.
a. Enter 47164X for the Conference ID, email address and password.
b. Enter 47164X for the Conference ID, your email address, and choose a new password. Continue to enter information as prompted.
b. When you click “Login”, you’ll receive an error saying you need to set up an account. Simply click “Continue”. By entering your previously used email address and password commination, you will enable your old account for access to this new conference.
c. You will receive online and email confirmation of successful account setup.
c. Check that the contact information is still valid, and click “Submit”.
d. You will receive online and email confirmation of successful account setup.
- Proofread and check layout of manuscript.
- For each conference paper, click “Create New Title”
- Enter identifying text for the paper (title is recommended but not required)
- Click “Submit PDF for Checking” or “Submit Source Files for Conversion”
- Indicate platform, source file type (if applicable), click Browse and navigate to file, and click “Upload File”. You will receive online and email confirmation of successful upload.
- You will receive an email with your Checked PDF or IEEE PDF eXpress-converted PDF attached.
- If you submitted a PDF for Checking, the email will show if your file passed or failed.

If the PDF submitted fails the PDF check:
If you are not satisfied with the IEEE PDF eXpress-converted PDF:
Option 1
Submit your source file for conversion by clicking Try again, then Submit Source Files for Conversion
Resubmit your source file with corrections (Try again, then Submit Source Files for Conversion)
Option 2
Read the PDF Check report, then click “The PDF Check Report” in the sidebar to get information on possible solutions
Submit a PDF by clicking Try again, then Submit PDF for Checking
Option 3
“Request Technical Help” through your account
“Request a Manual Conversion” through your account
